EOS M 100

Zirkonzahn

With the new Zirkonofen Turbo furnace and its preset fast sintering programs perfectly tailored to every type of Zirkonzahn zirconia, it is now possible to sinter small zirconia structures in approximately 75 minutes. This allows saving 84% of time and reducing electricity consumption by 81%. A zirconia restoration can be milled, sintered, and layered in just 1 hour and 55 minutes! With the Zirkonofen Turbo furnace, zirconia restorations can be sintered using stackable trays or a ceramic plate. The sintering chamber of the Zirkonofen Turbo furnace can accommodate up to three stackable trays, allowing the sintering of up to 120 zirconia elements in a single cycle.

PiC system Gravity

PiC transfers are precisely placed, prior to capturing the measurements, on top of the implants or multi-unit abutments immediately after surgery or post healing as a step in the restorative phase. PIC transfers have a unique and customized pattern consisting of pre-measured marker dots. PiC dental system use photogrammetry technology to identify the vectors of each implant on an arch creating the most precise measurements which are interrelated. This allows for implant impressions to be captured among all implants digitally with up to 10 micron accuracy cross arch.
